About Recipe

Nut-butters are versatile. They jazz up any food you make. This one too is creamy, protein-packed, flavoursome and sweetened with honey. I have added Fab oil soluble Hazelnut Premium and Almond Premium to keep the nutty flavours dominant. Cinnamon and cardamom are add-ons. You may slather it on a slice, toss it on the cookie dough or blend it into a smoothie. Fitness freaks, busy-bees and children! Ahoy! Your fuel is here!

Ingredients
Hazelnuts		 - 1 cup
Almonds                - 1 cup
Salt                        - ½ tsp
Honey			 - 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon		 - ¼ tsp
Cardamom		 - ¼ tsp
Flavourless Oil		- ¼ cup (or less)
Fab Hazelnut Premium- a few drops
Fab Almond Premium	- a few drops
Method
  • - Roast and blitz the nuts in a blender.
  • - It turns into a coarse powder.
  • - Scrape the sides and continue till you get paste like.
  • - Add salt, spices and flavours & oil and blend.
  • - You can add oil according to the consistency you wish to get.
